Registration Requirements

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Never share your account password with anyone — you are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Report any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access to Support immediately.

KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed without completed KYC — this is also there to protect your own account.

You can deposit on App Rummy using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — depositing from someone else's account may result in your withdrawal being blocked.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 (bKash & Nagad); ৳500 for bank transfers.

Withdrawal Rules

Wagering (Turnover) Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert your bonus balance into real balance, you need to place a specified amount in bets — this is known as the wagering or turnover requirement. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.

• Wagering requirements are clearly stated on the bonus offer page.
• Not all bet types may count toward wagering — certain games or markets may be excluded.
• The deadline to complete a wagering requirement is typically 7 to 30 days, depending on the bonus offer.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus balance will be removed — however, any real winnings earned from the bonus will be retained.

General Bonus Restrictions

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If multiple accounts are used to collect bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.

• If a match is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
• If a match ends in a tie or draw and no tie option was available in that market, the bet amount will be refunded.
• App Rummy reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.

Live Betting

Live or in-play betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds change rapidly — if the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and when it is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds. App Rummy is not responsible for any missed bets resulting from an internet disconnection during live betting.

Cash Out

Cash out is available on selected matches and markets. The cash out amount is determined by current market conditions — App Rummy does not guarantee this amount. If your connection drops before a cash out is confirmed, the bet will continue as originally placed.

App Rummy's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points accumulate based on betting volume, and you advance to the next tier once you reach the required points threshold.

• Maintaining a VIP tier requires a minimum monthly betting volume as specified for that tier.
• If the minimum volume requirement is not met for three consecutive months, your tier will be downgraded by one level.
• Cashback is credited automatically on the 1st of each month — no application required.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
• App Rummy reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on App Rummy. Any violation of these rules will result in account suspension and may lead to forfeiture of your balance.

• Managing multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Using multiple accounts or payment methods to abuse bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.

App Rummy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. In practice, this does not apply to users who follow the standard rules.

• Any bonus balance remaining in an account that is closed due to a rule violation will be forfeited.
• Your main balance (from deposits) is generally returned, though only after an investigation is completed.
• You can also close your account yourself at any time — simply contact our support team.
• If you voluntarily close your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your usual payment method.

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
